I visited this place with a few friends, and I was impressed by the exceptional and patient security staff. The drinks were served promptly and looked visually appealing. I had been enjoying Pimm's and lemonade beforehand in other bars. so I decided to order one here. After consuming half of it, I realized I couldn’t taste any alcohol in the drink. I asked the bar staff to add an additional shot of Pimm's, which shockingly cost me £10.15 just for a shot of Pimm’s. Unbelievable, right? I went ahead with it, but once again, I found that I couldn't detect hardly any alcohol. In the end, I had effectively spent £20 on what tasted like water. I won’t be returning and would advise others to steer clear of the spirits.

We booked this for our family for a sports game and paid £40 entrance fee and £135 in food only to be turned away at the door because one of our party was under 18. NOWHERE on their website does it state people under 18 aren’t allowed in. Nowhere in the booking and payment process were we warned this was an issue. Our evening in London was ruined. They promised reimbursement but we were out of pocket by £175 On the day. The manager’s answer wa simply that it’s due to their licensing. But they can’t warn people about this?!?!?!

As a late opening place it was fun but I have to shout out the door staff. Clocked someone acting suspicious, warned my friend to look after her phone. Two minutes later that person had tried to grab someone else's phone and the same security guy emerged from the struggle and the phone was saved. This level of oberservance and keeping people safe deserves a pay rise. Incredible work.

Dylan is the best. Best bartender ever. Made my time in London so much better travelling solo. His attitude and and his very welcoming personality made it a very memorable trip.

Garbage service. They advertise themselves as a sports bar yet aren't equipped. 20 minute wait for a beer during a 6 nations game... Please

If you want a beer don’t come here you won’t get it.. waited 35 minutes for drinks. Severely incompetent staff - great atmosphere ruined by horrible service

Bad service, pricey, promise they are hostel bar but Nothing to do with it, if you are staying at the hostel capsule (room 102), good luck sleeping :) (it won't happen definitely until 3am). Keep away of thia bar

The worst “Happy Hour” — pull you in with £5 cocktails. Which are so watered down, you could give it to a child, has no taste and no alcohol. They are premixed in an unlabeled bottle so you could be basically drinking anything. Member of staff got a bit butt hurt that I complained his response was “I just work here”. So bad, I didn’t drink it and was required to pay for another drink. Food was good, nice place to get together. Just stick to a spirit and a mixer, no cocktails. Sadly, not even an aperol spritz.

It took over an hour to get our food and might have been that long for drinks had I not gone to the bar and asked if they got our order. You order and pay online and no one comes to check on you so why I gave a tip I’m really not sure.
Overall the food was ok- after waiting an hour for our food due to the chef taking a walk about we finally received our food and it was warm - not hot. Chicken wings were breaded with more bread than sauce. Burgers were good but the bottom bun fell apart.
No one checks on you after food is delivered so this is truly a self service establishment. If you’re in to that this a perfect place for you.
We are here on vacation so we def won’t return. Initially stopped in because of the drink special advertised and we were very hungry lol.
